Director at Empirica
Werner B. KORTE shares the directorship of Empirica with Simon Robinson and is responsible for managing many of the largest research and development projects in relation to ICT-based service for energy saving, monitoring and benchmarking the information society, new forms of work and employment, telework, e-skills, demographic change and ageing and other topic areas.
Since the early 1990s he has been project manager of and responsible for a large number of large scale monitoring and benchmarking projects addressed different society phenomena and is based on primary and secondary survey data in the areas of eWork and eBusiness, eHealth, eLearning, eInclusion and eSkills. For many years he has been responsible for a whole series of European studies and projects in these areas.
