Hugo works in the IT industry with an intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship mindset since 1998. From help-desk / field support to IS/IT Director at Turismo de Portugal, Hugo did almost everything there is to do within the IT area having won international prizes like the Agility Award.
With 21 years old Hugo co-Created a small “IT infrastructures services” startup and, later on, was the founder of MrCloudAdviser, a blog aimed at creating brand awareness for the Gfi Cloud offer. Recently he created the startup Alphappl (www.alphappl.com) with the intention of reducing unemployment by creating new junior software developers in a short period of time. By the end of 2014, Hugo joined Jademy (Romania) as Board Advisor in order to replicate ALPHAPPL’s best practices in Eastern Europe.
